Zaragoza welcomes visitors with a multitude of activities scheduled throughout the year. Let yourself be seduced by the second largest historic center in Spain, stroll along Alfonso Street or the coso, be amazed at the Mudejar de la Magdalena or San Gil and end the night by having some wines in the Tube or Santa Marta Square.
The Aljafería Palace, of Arab origin, currently houses the Aragon courts and has a multitude of stories and legends, as it inspired Giuseppe Verdi to compose “Il Trovatore”
The Virgen del Pilar
The Virgen del Pilar is visited from all parts of the world, not only during the holidays in her honor, but as a tourist attraction throughout the year, as well as the place that covers it: the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of Pilar. A few meters away, we will find the Cathedral of El Salvador, a unique example of architecture.
