The new U-Hotels brand has the U Hotel Villa-Gomá in Zaragoza as its first hotel. The hotel management company Operatur, which is based in Oviedo and is present in Spain and Portugal, has just launched its U-Hotels brand with the U-Hotel Villa Gomá as the first establishment with which it will start its growth plans.

The business model of the Operatur company is based on the management of hotel assets that are have incorporated into their new brand or who decide to continue under their banner.

The first hotel of the new brand is present in Zaragoza, but they are already in negotiations to expand to Asturias, Catalonia, Madrid or Galicia.
