The consultation in the Zaragoza Tourism offices grows by 47% in the year 2022, standing at 198,802 consultations, of which 29% were to foreigners, which is already beginning to mean the recovery and consolidation of the city as a tourist destination with an average stay of 2 and 3 days per visitor.

Foreign tourism, which represents 29% of the total in 2022 compared to 19% in 2021, it comes mostly from France (30%), Latin America (15%), Italy (9%), and United Kingdom (7%). As for national tourism, it is led by people from Madrid (16%), followed by Catalans (15%) and Valencians (8%).

Monuments are the main source of tourist attraction (78%), followed by museums (32%), general information about the city (23%), cultural activities (19%) and services tourist (8%).

These figures show that the capital of Aragon is recovering tourism levels prior to the pandemic.
